Aviation needs to decarbonize

But upcoming first generation electric aircraft are

   heavy

        expensive

             complicated

                  range limited

...in the entire history of flight, this has never been a winning formula.

Radical efficiency is the key

When everyone has access to the same batteries, motors, and materials, what can really make the difference to range and payload?

REVOLUTIONARY AERODYNAMICS

Seaflight brings step-change aerodynamic efficiency to simple form factors that suit today's operations and manufacturing techniques.

Our active aerodynamic flow control is cleverly packaged in the wings. It can go on any hybrid or electric aircraft to improve range today, without waiting on better batteries.

No other miracles needed.

CC Seaflight

OH, Hi CC!

CC is our friendly flying robot - the brains inside every aircraft.

Extreme aerodynamic efficiency is one thing. Couple it with intelligent autonomy to constantly optimize flight trajectories, responding a thousand times a second to changing conditions.

Now we're making the most of every Watt, and electrified flight finally adds up.

How does it work?

Seaflight developed an aerodynamic flow control system that works for any hybrid or battery electric fixed wing aircraft. It makes ultra-high lift when needed, and ultra-efficiency the rest of the time.

It's proven technology, going first into our drones, then larger aircraft built by us and our customers.

And you don't need to just take our word for it.

1. Helping the air
work harder

Seaflight active aerodynamic flow control

Seaflight's Active Aerodynamic Flow Control energizes the air flowing over the wings, helping it stay attached at angles that would otherwise be impossible

02

2. Ultra-short takeoff and landing

The active flow control generates 3x as much lift at takeoff and landing, so extreme short field operations are possible without the cost, mass and complexity of adding many more motors like others are trying to do.

3. Seriously efficient cruise

Wings normally have to be large for takeoff, usually with heavy multi-element flaps. With our lightweight and simple active aerodynamic flow control inside the wings, they can now be slim and high aspect-ratio, dramatically improving cruise range thanks to massively reduced drag.
